Panchita - Living to 100 in the BlueZones

In BlueZones' first visit to the Costa Rican BlueZone in 2006, we met Panchita, an amazing centenarian who still gets up before dawn to clear brush or make tortillas. Here's a touching video of our visit to her home, her generous hospitality, and some of the secrets that keep her active, laughing and healthy at the age of 100.
