Tortillas: Longevity Food?

In 2007, the Blue Zones team visited the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, a place with a cluster of the longest-lived people in the Americas. On the fourth day of the expedition, we spent a day in a tortilla factory leaning why these particular tortillas might be an unusually good longevity food.
