Losing Pounds Effortlessly!

After reading The Blue Zones and hearing a short Blue Zones presentation from Park Ridge Health, Paul built a stand up desk from an old workbench.

“It took me a week to get used to it,” he said. “But now, I’m ‘standing it’ just fine.” He’s lost three pounds within the first seven weeks — without even thinking about it!

Now sporting a trimmer waistband and some added pep to his step, Paul is living proof that small lifestyle changes increase both health and happiness.

Several months later, Paul still wakes up everyday enthusiastic about standing. In a recent letter, he shares his story and thanks Blue Zones for bringing such an important message.
