What do the Happiest People in the World Have in Common?

Blue Zones founder Dan Buettner spoke at the World Economic Forum about the common denominators among happy communities and people.

 

In the speech, Dan explores some of the happiest places in the world — Singapore, Costa Rica, and Denmark — and explores three different kinds of happiness.

“GDP is a blunt instrument. It’s important for poor countries, but after you hit about $25,000 USD a year, more GDP doesn’t bring more happiness.”
