Tracy manages community assessment projects for Blue Zones and supports operating model design and continuous improvement. She is a certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist and throughout her 25+ year career in healthcare, led teams at the clinic-, hospital-, region-, and system-levels. Tracy is a problem solver and a change agent, with extensive experience in lean process improvement, project management, healthcare operations, and strategic planning. She is passionate about bettering customer experience and outcomes through innovation and transformation of organizational culture and processes. She received a BA degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, after which she moved to her husband’s home state of Missouri, where she began her healthcare career journey: first with a BS degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology and later a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, both from Saint Louis University. With three grown children, she continues to live in Missouri, in a small town outside of St. Louis, with her husband and their two lovable pups.
