Let's Transform the Well-Being of Sacramento County
Sacramento County Public Health, in partnership with Sacramento County, is launching the Blue Zones Activate effort and bringing together civic, business, and community leaders to begin a community assessment in Sacramento that would determine how to make it a healthier place to live, work, grow up, and grow old. During this period, the Blue Zones team will educate and mobilize local leaders and residents, evaluate the community’s current state of well-being, identify the highest priority strengths, challenges, and opportunities, and present a plan for community transformation.
