By now, you know how this Blue Zones path to building consistently healthier habits works, so let’s make Week 4 your best week yet.

Just seven days left, it’s like a walk in the park—and, yes, that earns points! Here’s your list of Week 4 activities—plus, your workbook included five bonus activities this week as well:

Week 4 activity options:

  • Review your Purpose Statement in your workbook and reflect on how you are living your purpose each day.
  • Eat at least three Blue Zones meals this week.
  • Walk with your Adventist Health buddy or moai at least once.
  • Designate a space in your home for quiet time, meditation, or prayer.
  • Enroll in an automatic savings or investment plan.
  • Get blackout shades or an eye mask to block out light when you sleep.
  • Volunteer for a new group or organization.
  • Declutter your house.
  • Practice listening to someone with great attention.
  • Enjoy a Japanese or Costa Rican breakfast.
  • Start a container or outdoor garden.
  • Consider adopting a dog or a cat.

Now comes the best part: At the end of the week, you’ll get a chance to tally up your Week 4 and also your total Blue Zones Challenge score. If you’re comfortable sharing that, let us know on private Blue Zones Challenge at Adventist Health Facebook group.

Just as important as your progress over the last four weeks is what comes next. You’ve surely made tremendous strides, but that’s only the beginning. The Blue Zones Challenge doesn’t have to end after 28 days. These daily actions will become a natural part of your life and help you feel better for good.
