Bush’s new plant-based products inspired by world’s longest-living cultures
Bush’s Beans is launching a line of organic plant-based bowl toppers and soups inspired by the cuisine of the cultures in which people live the longest.
The products were developed in partnership with Blue Zones LLC, an organization that identifies and researches these cultures. The company is named after the blue zones, which are the five areas in the world where more residents live to be 100 years old than anywhere else on Earth. They are Sardinia, Italy; Ikaria, Greece; Okinawa, Japan; Nicoya, Costa Rica; and Loma Linda, California.
