The Freese and Nichols Fort Worth office is getting serious about living more active and healthier lives. In early 2016 the Freese and Nichols team was able to attend a cooking demo featuring executive chef Juan Rodriguez of Magdalena’s Cocina, a catering service specializing in special events and pop-up dinners in Fort Worth. The Freese and Nichols team learned how to cook a three-course Blue Zones® meal employees could take home to their families. Freese and Nichols is working hard to become a Blue Zones Worksite®.
