Here is something that I never thought I’d see – a study that researches the possible mental health benefits of clenching your fist! Have you ever found yourself clenching your teeth when you were stressed? People usually associate that with a sign of weakness, but it could very well be a natural coping method. It makes sense if you think about it, because all we’re doing is distributing nervous energy, allowing us to clam down. So feeling stressed? Relax! Just tense up!
