A delicious summer time treat for the whole family: simple, quick and refreshing smoothie. The perfect way to get extra servings of fruit in your day.

Makes 3 cups of drink or two servings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 carton of soy yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup of pineapple or 1 ring or several chunks
  • Orange juice (optional)

Directions

  1. Place in blender
  2. Puree for about 30 seconds.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
