Millet is an ancient grain that is known as a good source of magnesium. Magnesium can lower high blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attack, especially in people with atherosclerosis or diabetic heart disease. Millet has many uses and can be eaten at breakfast, lunch and dinner as a porridge, rice substitute or salad mix-in. Combined with apples, beets and raspberry dressing this herbed salad will have you feeling full and energized.
Simply mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
