Fire up the grill! It’s summertime and the barbecue invitations are rolling in. Use your grill for a plant-based dessert that will be a hit with your moai. Remember to consume sweets mindfully, even plant-based sweets. People in the “Blue Zones” consume sugar and sweets intentionally rather than subconsciously on a daily basis.

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1/2 pomegranate, seeded, for garnish
  • fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Directions
