As National Community Prescriptions Director, Kimberly leads strategies that connect healthcare and community organizations to improve population health through lifestyle and environmental change. Her role focuses on building partnerships, advancing well-being initiatives, expanding community engagement, and implementing a Blue Zones Health community prescription model.
Previously, as the Transformations Director at Blue Zones LLC, Kimberly drove colleague engagement and business development through strategic partnerships, leadership training, and operational excellence. At Sharecare, Kimberly led community strategy and training performance, supporting 78 Blue Zones Project locations and reaching more than 4 million people. Earlier in her career, she served as Facilities and Operations Manager at St. Louis Community College, overseeing operations for a $7.5 million LEED Gold urban campus serving more than 500 students and faculty.
Recognized for her commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion, Kimberly received the DEI Digital Health Award (2022) and is a proud Leadership Fort Worth Graduate (Class of 2016). In 2020, she was appointed Chair of the City of Fort Worth Human Relations Commission (FWHRC), leading efforts to strengthen equity and race relations across the city.
A skilled facilitator, motivational speaker, and educator, Kimberly connects seamlessly with audiences—from community members to C-suite leaders—creating engaging learning environments that foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and shared success.
